FIT & FINISH
Visually, the Fanttik P10 Pro Mini looks very similar to Fanttik’s other screw drivers like S2 Pro Max and rotary tools with its long cylindrical body. The P10 Pro uses a similar MagnaStorm motor and an intuitive color speed indicator. There is a 4000 mAh battery inside the body which is about 8” (20.3 cm) long and about 1.5” (3.8cm) in diameter. Most of the body is constructed from plastic with a semi-gloss dark gray finish on the upper portion and a yellow Fanttik logo. On the base there is a textured silver portion that can be rotated to turn the tool on and adjust the speed. The USB-C charging port is located at the base and can be used to fully charge the P10 Pro Mini in as fast as 50 minutes.

To swap between attachments there is a quick release chuck which is operated by pulling back the outer sleeve. Fanttik includes just about everything you’d need with this set from the tool, 2” pads, 3” pads, shaped pads, sand paper and even a nylon cleaning brush. Everything is stored in a nice waterproof storage case with rubberized zippers and internal storage pockets. The darker orange foam pads are softer and are designed for polishing while the light orange foam are for removing scratches. All the adapters and accessories have dedicated spots in the waterproof carrying case with foam cutouts and a mesh pocket to keep everything secure.

USER INTERFACE
To operate the P10 Pro Mini, you simply rotate the base clockwise to switch between off and slow, medium and fast speeds. A vertical colored display reflects the current speed with a green to purple color gradient. There is also an illuminated LED ring on the base of the tool that indicates the battery status and will be green (above 30%), orange (15-30%) or red (under 15%). Fanttik doesn’t list the speed for the three speeds but they recommend using the low and medium speeds with the more aggressive light orange sponge pads for removing scratches. The high speed is designed to be used with the softer dark orange sponge for polishing. Also, Fanttik recommends using the medium and high speed when using the larger 3” pads.
OUR IMPRESSIONS
The Fanttik P10 Pro is an interesting combination of Fanttik’s electronics and portable rotary tools. Compared to full-size car buffers which have a T shape, the P10 Pro’s cylindrical design is less ergonomic but still works thanks to the lightweight and compact size. We found the quick release chuck to be easy to use and appreciated how many extra pads Fanntik includes right out of the box. The detailing pads are great for cleaning cars, but they can also be used to polish your bike and even smaller diecast cars. Using the cone shaped pad it’s easy to get in between seat stays and the fork to polish up areas you normally wouldn’t be able to reach. The simple RGB speed indicator and twist on device is easy to use and operate with enough flexibility to also use it for cleaning or sanding applications.

THE VERDICT
Overall, we found the Fanttik P10 Pro Mini to be a well designed and versatile polisher and buffer. Fanttik has combined their various portable tools and motors to create a compact battery-powered tool. It’s great for accessing hard to reach parts on a car or even to polish a bicycle frame for the ultimate shine. The waterproof case feels high quality and has store slots for all the included pads and adapters to keep everything organized. We found the buffer to be useful for polishing our bike and even diecast cars. The only negatives is that the cylindrical shape isn’t ergonomic compared to traditional buffers. That said, the Fanttik P10 Pro Mini buffer and polisher is a compact way to polish smaller hard to reach areas on a bike or car.
